Purpose of the Job:
To grow on-trade sales of 31Jiu brands in Beijing via growing new points of consumption (POC) and increasing velocity of sales in existing accounts. 针对即饮渠道，通过新的终端客户的开发，同时提高现有客户的销售速度，从而不断提高公司产品的销量
- Negotiate listing of 31jiu products into a diverse range of on-premises accounts to include but not limited to Cafes, Restaurants, Bars, Hotels, Bookstores, Gyms etc. 针对即饮渠道，就公司产品在各个终端场所的售卖与客户进行合作谈判，包括但不限于咖啡厅，餐厅，酒吧，酒店，书店，健身房，等等
- Increase velocity of sales in existing on-premise accounts through various sales & marketing activities 通过各种销售和市场推广活动提高现有即饮渠道终端场所的售卖速度
- Execute consumer promotions to maximize sales volume and capture market share from competitors 执行有效的消费者促销活动，从而最大限度地提高销量，从竞争对手手中夺取市场份额
- Build & Maintain Relationships with MOP accounts across Beijing 与北京各地的即饮渠道终端客户建立和维护良好的关系
- Prepare sales reports for 31Jiu management on weekly/monthly basis 每周/每月向公司管理层提交相关销售报告，保证报告提交的准时性，正确性和真实性
Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, etc.)：
- 5+ years in Beijing on-premise sales soft drink/plant-based milk/beverage experience preferred 5年及以上即饮渠道销售经验，熟悉北京市场（有软饮料/植物奶/或其他饮料行业销售经验者优先）
- Experience with selling to the café/coffee shop/bakery industry 拥有诸如“咖啡馆/咖啡店/面包店”等客户的开发经验
- Bachelors Degree or higher 本科及本科以上学历
- Motivated & confident with strong work ethic 积极、自信、具备良好的职业道德
- Strong communication/presenting skills 具备较强的沟通/表达能力
- Effective negotiation skills including researching and being clear of the needs of the key stakeholders in the negotiation, and then effectively exploring alternatives and positions to reach outcomes that gain all stakeholders acceptance. 具备有效的谈判技巧，能够准确判断出谈判中各个利益相关者的诉求，进而有效地制定出相应的谈判方案和条件，以达到在谈判中各方都能取得一致的满意结果。
