Job Description
Purpose of the Job
  • The incumbent will report into the General Manager of Jebsen Wines & Spirits and be responsible to develop strategy in engaging consumer through tradition and digital PR, amplify brand content. Collaborate hand-in-hand with Marketing and Sales teams to drive brand development and business results.
  • This role will also report functionally to Digital Transformation Director of Jebsen Group to implement digital initiatives and programs under a unified framework and infrastructure to enable synergies and share learnings across the Group. 
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a small team of CRM and Digital & E-Commerce specialists to deliver business results by formulating and implementing touch point strategies to drive consumers’ awareness, engagement, conversion and advocacy
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to drive brand/category development to optimise the profitability 
  • Develop strategy on amplifying JWS and brand content through Digital Marketing initiatives, CRM programs, eCommerce campaigns.
  • Develop strong partnership with 3rd Parties, implement PR and Customer Loyalty events 
  • Oversee the operations and drive revenue growth of Own Ecommerce Platform and 3rd-party marketplaces
  • Execute and evaluate activation programs at consumer level including new product launches, creative adaptation, consumer campaign etc.
  • Ensure all Digital - eCommerce, CRM, Digital Marketing, Data – Reporting/Dashboards and Tools/Platforms conform to Group standards and guidelines 
  • Implement Group-wide Digital Programs and Initiatives to advance Digital Transformation across the company, and be the BU Digital Champion to work with Group Digital Transformation Team.
Requirements
  • Degree holder in Business/Marketing/E-Commerce or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years’ experience in digital marketing, event planning, eCommerce preferably from FMCG or premium/luxury products
  • A team player with strategic mindset, strong analytical and project management skill
  • Proficiency in social media landscape and digital applications
  • Strong in Media & KOL network is an advantage
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with cross functional teams, business partners, vendors and agencies
  • English proficiency is a must while Mandarin proficiency is an advantage
