Job Description

Purpose of the Job

  • Responsible the maintenance and update of customer data base for sales / marketing insight

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in developing and implementing marketing plans and related initiatives, including member events and activities 
  • Responsible for the development and mailing arrangement for the marketing or communication materials 
  • Liaise with external vendors to coordinate and execute CRM initiatives to widen existing database and explore opportunities, such as joint promotions and VIP premium sourcing 
  • Manage and manipulate the database to generate reports and analyse results for all CRM initiatives 
  • Assist in updating operation manuals 
  • Update promotion and VIP settings in the system 
  • Assist in responding and resolving all customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years’ CRM experience, preferably in FMCG, health food or beauty industry 
  • Familiar with statistical reports compilation and data analysis 
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Initiative, self-motivated and good time management skill 
  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task 
  • Knowledge of online marketing and CRM system (i.e. AX CRM) is preferable 
  • Good command of PC skills 
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
