Purpose of the Job

 The Delivery Specialist is responsible for the vehicle handover to customers, to strengthen the delivery experience. This involves all the vehicle and vehicle related documents preparation monitoring, customer individualized delivery preparation, delivery area maintenance, vehicle delivery, etc, with the aim to meet the monthly delivery target..

Responsibilities

• Grasp the latest vehicle technical knowledge to present the new car and provide exceptional customer experience in the overall delivery process
• Prepare the owner pack, new vehicle conditions to enlarge the overall delivery experience to customers
• Liaise with Sales Admin team, related government officials for the submission of relevant documents to ensure the new vehicles are licensed per schedule
• Support the Sales consultants in the sales process and ensure monthly delivery target is achieved
• Support and assist in implementation of various sales events/ promotional activities
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor 

Requirements

• High school graduate
  Candidates with passion to develop career in Automotive industry with at least 2 years’ experience as frontline sales in luxury sector
• Detail minded, determined with good communication & interpersonal skills    
• Able to work under pressure, result orientated with excellent customer service skills 
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua and Cantonese
• Basic knowledge on computer skills, e.g. MS Office, Excel
