Job Description

电销主管是电销团队的负责人,负责与保时捷中心的销售经理密切合作,完成电销团队的线索跟进,客户邀约,二次回访,电销报表等相关管理工作,并评估电销团队整体的绩效。电销主管还应当督导和管理电销销售流程的有效利用和实施 (包括分配潜客、未完成潜客重新分配和战败潜客的最终确认)。同时电销主管应当优化工作流程,不改提升业务发展。

岗位职位:

1、管理潜客资源;
2、潜客跟进管理;
3、预约确认;
4、审核战败申请;
5、绩效管理和评估;
6、及时完成上级交办的其他任务。

 

岗位要求:

1、须具备大专学历,大学本科学历者优先;

2、在汽车零售行业至少五年工作经验;有两到三年管理经验者优先;

3、熟悉掌握Office办公软件,良好的沟通能力和人际能力;

4、对工作怀有激情,在工作中表现高度的专业态度和可靠性;理解和践行保时捷品牌的价值、形象和特色;对保时捷产品和服务充满热情,关注服务,客户导向。
