Job Description
技工必须保证所有售后服务的及时提供,并使其达到最高的品质。为了让客户获得最满意的服务,技工还要确保按照保时捷的标准对汽车进行诊断、保养和修理。
岗位职责：
1、记录开工时间，准备/提供维修服务；
2、确保工作环境及设备清洁，整齐并维护良好；
3、指导并监督学徒的日常工作；
4、及时完成上级交办的其他任务。
岗位要求：
1、须具有汽车维修专业学历；
2、具有相关工作经验者优先；
3、热爱本职工作，在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性；良好的沟通能力；热爱保时捷的产品和服务，兼具独立工作能力和团队合作能力；较强的学习及观察能力。
