Job Description

岗位职责:

1、接听电话及处理语音信箱的信息
2、接待当日进店客户,接待流程要符合秘购标准
3、统计当日客户进店量,跟进和销售顾问相关的C@P系统内的各项数据
4、收发快递及传真
5、保持工作区域整洁
6、负责保时捷精品展示及销售
7、及时完成上级交办的其他任务

岗位要求:

1、大专学历
2、1年以上服务行业工作经验,相同岗位工作经验者优先
3、良好的电脑操作能力
4、良好的沟通表达能力,亲和力强,形象气质佳
5、优秀的客户服务意识,能够迅速建立稳固的客户关系
6、热爱本职工作,在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性
