Job Description

销售顾问是第一线的保时捷品牌大使,负责在日常业务中拓展销售业务。其中包括从最初联络到订购、车辆交付、贴旧换新、至预检安排等全部过程中的所有客户来电和来访。在销售周期中,尊敬客户,遵守法规及保时捷相关规定,展示保时捷产品特点,积极维护长期的客户关系。

岗位职责:

1、完成新车/易手车销售服务;
2、交付新车/易手车服务;
3、处理客户投诉;
4、维护老客户关系;
5、展示品牌特点;
6、配合并参与保时捷中心活动;
7、及时完成上级交办的其他任务。

岗位要求:

1、须具备大专学历,大学本科学历者优先;

2、须具备三年或以上汽车零售行业工作经验,如有豪华汽车销售行业二至三年以上的工作经验者优先;

3、热爱本职工作,在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性;形象气质佳;热爱保时捷产品及服务。
