Job Description

- Prepare routine sales reports on daily/weekly/monthly basis, maintain and refine the templates in accordance with the business developments on new car and used car business. Set clear reporting standards to regulate dealer reporting quality and maintain group reporting system.
例行准备销售日报/周报/月报,并根据新车和二手车业务的发展情况,维护和完善报表模板,制定明确的报告标准,以规范各经销商的报告质量,维护集团报告体系。
- Support management on sales planning, target setting, business review and analysis (both new car and used car business), dealers performance tracking.
协助上级制定销售计划和销售目标,回顾并分析新车和二手车的业务表现,跟踪各经销商销售业绩。
- Implement functional supervision on sales coordination work across group. Monitor and track the quota/stock status, highlight risks behind and propose solutions.
功能性监管各经销商的销售协调工作。监控和跟踪配额/库存情况,指出背后的风险并提出解决方案。
- Support dealers on source reallocation, performance tracking and business/process consulting. Keep communicate with dealers and Porsche China for sales operation issues.
协助完成各经销商资源调配、业绩跟踪和业务/流程咨询。与各经销商和保时捷中国就销售运营问题保持沟通。
- Monitor dealer demo car management. Follow up with Finance and dealers for demo car sales AR.
监管各经销商试驾车管理情况,跟踪财务部和各经销商的试驾车应收账款事宜。
- Set and refine sales process (LOA) to meet business/compliance needs, ensure the polices are implemented properly at dealer side.
制定和完善符合业务需求和合规要求的销售流程(LOA),确保各经销商正确执行各项政策。
- Work with other group functions or PCN to develop/optimize sales IT systems to ensure operation efficiency. Set guidelines to system users and deliver training to dealer system users when necessary.
与集团其他部门或PCN合作开发销售IT系统以确保运营效率,为系统用户设置指导方针,并在必要时对经销商系统用户进行培训。
- Finish other tasks assigned by Management in time.
及时完成上级布置的其他工作。

 

Education Level & Professional Qualification 学历水平 & 职业资格:
- Bachelor degree or above, in business, automobile or statistics preferred.
本科或以上学历,商务、汽车或统计学专业优先

Years of experience 工作经验:
- at least 5 years' working experience in  luxury vehicle retail;Similar working experience in an international automotive retail enterprise preferred.
至少5年豪华汽车零售行业相同工作经验,有跨国汽车零售行业相同工作经验者优先

Functional / Professional experience, knowledge and skills requied 职能/专业经验, 知识和技能:
- Excellent written and oral communication in English
优秀的英语书面和口头交流能力
- proficiency in Microsoft Office software
熟练掌握微软Office软件的操作方法
- Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work
