Job Description

Purpose of the Job:

The incumbent is responsible for setting strategic plan, implementation of marketing strategies to increase brand awareness in the market. Formulating integrated marketing and sales strategy to achieve sales target.

Responsibilities (List of Importance)

  • Develop clear vision for business and general marketing strategy plans for assigned brands
  • Responsible for planning, implementation and evaluation of marketing programs for assigned brands through advertising, sales promotions and CRM
  • Lead the marketing team to generate customer demand and ensure effective execution of business plan, perform ATL, BTL and product marketing activities, roadshows and store expansion
  • Monitor the brand performance and identify business opportunities to achieve the revenue target and maximize the ROI
  • Manage product positioning, go-to-market strategies, target audience, key message, visual merchandising and pricing to ensure successful execution of product launch
  • Monitor inventory and product life cycle with purchase plan recommendation
  • Work closely with sales team to explore possible channels, manage the demand forecast and monitor product life cycle with purchase plan recommendations
  • Manage P&L and A&P budget to achieve sales target 
  • Prepare monthly scorecard, PSI and marketing reports for management review

Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, etc.)

  •  Degree in Marketing, or Business equivalent disciplines
  • At least 6 years’ experience in all round marketing field, preferred in home appliance / health care industry
  • Proven experience in multi-brands management will be advantage
  • Analytical, result-oriented, determined and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient PC skills, highly analytical and numerate
  • Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese and English, Mandarin is preferred
