Responsibilities (List of Importance)
- Develop and recommend the assigned brand positioning, marketing and pricing strategy.
- Responsible for planning, implementation and evaluation of ATL, BTL, roadshows and marketing programs through advertising, digital and social media channels, sales promotions and CRM
- Monitor the brand performance and identify business opportunities to achieve the revenue target and maximize the ROI
- Manage product positioning, go-to-market strategies, visual merchandising and pricing to ensure successful execution of product launch and generate customer demand
- Work closely with sales team to explore possible channels, manage the demand forecast, monitor inventory and product life cycle with purchase plan recommendations
- Work closely with principal and build rapport, regular review brand performance with action plan
- Perform market intelligence analysis, competitors’ product comparison and new products evaluation
- Prepare monthly PSI, A&P budget, sales and marketing reports for management review
Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, etc.)
- Degree in Marketing, or Business equivalent disciplines
- At least 6 years’ experience in all round marketing field, preferred in beauty industry
- Proven experience in multi-brands management will be advantage
- Analytical, result-oriented, determined and self-motivated
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficient PC skills, highly analytical and numerate
- Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese and English, Mandarin is preferred
