Job Description

Purpose of the Job:

The incumbent is responsible for assisting Marketing Manager in formulation of brand strategies of multiple brands. The incumbent also needs to develop and execute annual branding plan based on brand strategies and ensure proper execution of branding campaigns with other team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Marketing Manager in formulation of brand marketing strategies for multiple brands to achieve branding objectives
  • Develop and execute annual brand marketing plans, including but not limited to marketing calendar, media plan, branding campaigns, promotion and customer engagement activities
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure proper execution of brand marketing campaigns, including online & offline
  • Monitor the brand performance and work closely with partners and external parties to identify opportunities for joint promotion
  • Create the content of marketing collaterals and promotional materials product to tie in with business needs
  • Prepare monthly A&P budget, marketing and customer engagement reports for management review
  • Conduct marketing research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats for brand development
  • Support any ad hoc assignment if necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business equivalent disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ experience in branding or marketing field; Experience in TVC is highly preferred
  • Proven experience in multi-brands management and Traditional Chinese Medicine and Supplement, Health Product and Food & Beverage will be advantage
  • Analytical, result-oriented and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Marketing Executive
