The role holder will lead Sales Operations team to provide sales operations and administrative support to internal parties, including but not limited to order fulfilment, daily reporting, clerical support and retail operations support. S/he needs to evaluate the operations efficiency and collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline and enhance the operations ‘workflow.

• Supervise Sales Operations Team to work with internal parties (Channel Sales Team, E-Commerce Team, Merchandising Team, Retail Team, Customer Services Team and Jebsen Logistics) to ensure timely order fulfilment
• Conduct periodic review of workflow and provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency
• Ensure the team to deliver daily reports (sales report, inventory report and item reservation report) in a timely manner and accuracy
• Ensure the team to provide administrative support for internal parties, such as sales document preparation, client account creation, promotional material delivery, payment follow up, gift card preparation, redemption letter preparation, retail operations etc.
• Provide ad hoc support as assigned

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 6 years related experience in retail industry with 2 years of experience in supervisory role
• Excellent interpersonal communication, well organised and customer oriented
• Knowledge in ERP System; experience in Oracle will be advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Outlook
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
