Job Description

Purpose of the Job:

  • The incumbent is responsible for proposing strategic plan, implementation and execution 360 communication marketing strategy to increase the brand awareness and drive marketing promotion success. Acts as an expertise to identify and maintain relationships with key media to secure and grow brand coverage for both online and offline. Maintain the brand presence in the market.

Responsibilities (List of Importance)

  • Formulate and implement an integrated marketing strategy across all online & offline channels through Social Media, Influencers, Content Strategy, Display & Video Advertising, CRM, Trade Marketing and joint Promotion with partnership to achieve business goals
  • Lead the marketing team to manage digital platforms and ensure an effective execution of marketing events / campaigns
  • Design a media plan based on the brand direction and analyse the effectiveness of the campaigns
  • Collaborate with principal and across internal teams to review brand performance with action plans
  • Manage and liaise with agency for promotion campaigns and ad-hoc event
  • Responsible for A&P budget and prepare marketing dashboards /reports for management review

Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, etc.)

  • University degree in Marketing/ Communications/ Business or related discipline
  • At least 8 years marketing experience, with Digital marketing in lifestyle, fashion/ agency experience is a bonus, with less experience will be considered as Assistant Marketing Manager
  • Strong familiarity with social media channels and market trends
  • Creative, detail-oriented, able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent presentation skill, interpersonal and communication skill with pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Proficient PC skills, particularly MS Powerpoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese and English, Mandarin is preferred
