Job Description


  • Perform order processing by preparing the order request forms for Order Desk team to place orders
  • Prepare regular reports & analysis, including sales performance reports, inventory forecast reports & trade spend summaries etc.
  • Handle designated Key Accounts and develop good rapport and networking with key buyers
  • Work closely with Channel Marketing Team on sales and promotion proposals, market intelligent reports and promotion evaluations
  • Follow up the execution of marketing promotions to ensure the promotions run smoothly
  • Execute instore promotions where necessary during designated festive periods
  • Liaise with internal operation teams such as Sales Operation Team and Supply Chain Team to manage demand planning, KA inventory level, repacking and logistics arrangement.
  • Visit the stores to ensure promotion activities are well executed at retailer level



  • University graduate with major in Business or related discipline
  • 3 years’ relevant working experience, experience in MNC is preferred
  • Understand the dynamic retail structure of HK market with preference in FMCG sector
  • Customer-oriented, well-organized and detail-minded, ability to work under pressure and take up challenges
  • Proactive, strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS office applications, especially in Excel & Powerpoint
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
