Job Description


·         Formulate sales and promotion strategies for General Trade

·         Supervise the sales team to ensure effective implementation of sales and distribution strategies in the designated channel

·         Take lead to negotiate contracts and promotion with the key customers

·         Identify new business opportunities and solicit market intelligence

·         Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure effective and smooth sales operation and implementation


·         Form 5 graduate in any business related discipline

·         At least 5 years of related field sales/channel experience in retail industry

·         Solid experience in FMCG industry is an advantage, preferably beverage industry

·         Good analytical skills and attend-to-details

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Good time management and analytical skills, flexible and result-oriented

·         Candidate with more experience may be considered as Sales Manager
