Job Description


  • Assist the Business Development Manager in identifying business opportunities, responsible in developing the business growth of Craft & Specialties
  • Provide account servicing, maintain a high visibility within the trade to ensure close relationships with customers
  • Assist the BD manager in planning and executing of marketing activities
  • Work closely with the internal teams and external vendors in the execution of events and activities
  • Monitor the progress of marketing activities, handle marketing spending and assist promotion budgeting
  • Facilitate and coordinate the order taking for customers
  • Prepare presentation and management reports
  • Ensure the growing reputation of the Craft & Specialties portfolio of the company


  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Strong passion in Beer industry, knowledge in Craft and Specialty Beer is a plus
  • Creative, outgoing, energetic and good team player
  • Excellent in customer relationship management & interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with positive attitude to drive results and achieve target
  • Well-organized, detail-minded and able to work independently
  • Strong number sense
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in MS Office
