Job Description


  • Perform order processing
  • Prepare regular reports, including of sales performance report, inventory forecast report & trade spend summary
  • Prepare sales and promotion proposal to key customers & update internal records
  • Work closely with Marketing Team and Trade Marketing team on sales promotion plans & Market intelligent report preparation and promotion evaluation
  • Visit the stores to ensure promotion activities are well executed at retailer level
  • Involve in daily operations and to perform ad-hoc duties as required to business needs 



  • University graduate with major in Business or related discipline
  • 3 years working experience, with experience in FMCG industry is definitely an advantage
  • Understand the dynamic retail structure of HK market with preference in Food and beverage sector
  • Customer-oriented, well-organized and detail-minded, ability to work under pressure and take up challenges
  • Proactive, strong analytical, interpersonal & communication skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS office applications, especially in Excel & Powerpoint
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as a Sales coordinator
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
