Job Description


  • Lead a small trade marketing team for assigned channels (Western segment or Dining segment & General Trade segment)
  • Plan & implement trade marketing plans, prepare trade marketing proposals and monitor trade programs
  • Develop and manage projects and team members, including delegating tasks, developing and revising ideas and adhering closely to deadlines and to budget
  • Consolidate and maintain up-to-date promotion calendar
  • Plan and ensure smooth execution of the promotion activities according to the promotion calendar
  • Maintain productive relationships with various agencies and vendors supporting the trade marketing programs
  • Manage trade marketing A&P budgets, evaluate trade marketing spending and resources allocation to meet business objectives and measure ROI
  • Work closely & ensure effective communication with Sales Team, Brand Marketing Team and principals to achieve business goals and sales target
  • Ensure timely and quality deliverables of marketing analysis reports on events and operations and close follow up with any ad hoc projects


  •  Degree holder or above, preferably in marketing or communications field
  •  At least 5 years' marketing experience in FMCG field preferred with 1-2 years in supervisory / managerial level
  • MNC experience is preferred
  •  Enthusiastic, energetic, creative and able to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical mind and self-motivated
  • Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Marketing Manager
