Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing beer business in the assigned region / area to achieve company’s sales objectives.
  • To develop, implement, control & evaluate sales & distribution plan / strategy in the region.
  • To develop wholesaler plan for the region to distribute Blue Girl Beer under company’s direction and strategy.
  • To work closely with trade marketing and brand marketing team on brand activation programs.
  • 负责指定区域内啤酒的销售业绩,完成既定指标;
  • 根据公司渠道开拓计划,按质按量完成渠道拓展和维护;
  • 在指定区域内,根据上级要求,执行经销商开发计划,保证蓝妹啤酒的业务开拓完全符合上级的既定要求;
  • 与通路市场部和品牌营销部保持良好的紧密的协作,共同支持公司品牌项目的推广;
  • 管理区域内货物流向,严禁跨区;

Requirements

  • High School or above
  • Min 6-8 years working experience in beverage alcohol industry
  • With experience in modern on trade and beverage alcohol night market segment preferable
  • With good connection with beverage alcohol/beer wholesalers in the local market.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with track record of success.Self-driven and hard -working attitude.
  • Outgoing personality with strong communication and coordination skills
  • Frequent travel is required
  • 高中或以上学历;
  • 至少年啤酒行业从业经历,或酒精饮料行业及快速消
  • 费品行业不少于6-8年的销售经验;
  • 具备即饮渠道及夜店渠道管理开发经验;
  • 在当地片区内有极佳的商业资源;
  • 具备很好的团队协作性,工作认真,能不断自我驱动。
  • 性格乐观,开朗,积极,沟通能力强
  • 具备常规电脑办公软件使用能力
  • 必须能接受出差的工作特点。
