Jebseners, Run for Health!

What is your top wellness aspiration? We have been listening and we know that for many Jebseners, the answer is – to run! This was our main impetus in launching Jebsen’s latest wellness programme Run for Health, a 10-week after-work running programme to give our colleagues an opportunity to get out of the office and run.

Much more than a casual running club, Run for Health in HK aims to help colleagues become more confident runners, while amping up their overall fitness levels. Under the guidance of a professional running coach, participants hone and perfect their physical skills through a series of training including stretching, jogging, HIIT (high intensity interval training) and continuous running.

Since August, Run for Health has already attracted a diverse group of aspiring runners from across the organisation – women and men, from young to old, at all levels, from different business lines. Once they complete their training, these runners will have an opportunity to test their progress in the Hong Kong Guy x Mizuno Run 10km race.
