Purpose of the Job:

  • The incumbent acts as product champion to develop and implement integrated marketing and sales strategy to achieve sales target. Responsible to define the market position, conduct market competitor research and analysis, design, develop and execute effective marketing strategy and tactics.

Responsibilities (List of Importance)

  • Plan and execute trade and channels strategies with focus on distribution, pricing, merchandising and promotions to enable the delivery of assigned revenue, volume and trade promotion target
  • Assist to manage monthly demand forecast, review purchase plan, sales trend & inventory control
  • Evaluate effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives and promotion activities by channels to maximize ROI
  • Devise sales and marketing tactics to cope with market changes and integrate consumer insights with market trend to identify business opportunities
  • Perform market intelligence analysis, competitors’ product comparison and new products evaluation
  • Manage event and roadshow to enhance customer engagement
  • Responsible for pre-assigned POSM & channel specific promotions

Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, etc.)

  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years' experiences in product marketing, preferably Beauty/ FMCG
  • Analytical, result-oriented, creative thinking and passionate on sales and customer relationship building
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Proficient PC skills, highly analytical and numerate
  • Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese and English, Mandarin is preferred
  • Immediate available is preferred
