Purpose of the Job
Senior Sales Manager acts as a P&L owner of B2B and wholesale business. This role is required to lead Corporate Sales team to deliver business result and maximise profitability by exploring and developing corporate clients, sourcing brands and product portfolio for corporate solutions, as well as maintaining sustainable partnership with traders and principals. 

• Formulate and implement business plans to deliver business results and maximise coverage of B2B and wholesales business
• Build and maintain good relationship with corporate accounts and principals to drive business growth
• Exploit and develop new business accounts with good understanding of market dynamics to capture business opportunities
• Source brands and product portfolio to enrich the offerings of corporate solutions to cater the needs of different projects. Work with internal teams to define pricing and inventory planning. 
• Negotiate business and trade terms with traders and principals to maximise the company interest
• Monitor business performance, budget & sales forecast and react market change with action plans

• Degree holder in Business Administration and Marketing or related disciplines
• At least 8 years’ experience in business development or corporate sales
• Proven experience and knowledge in business planning, with brand management will be an advantage
• Aggressive with good analytical and numerate skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese and English, Mandarin is preferred
