Senior Group HR Executive (Employee Experience and Talent Management)

Purpose of the Job:
This position holder will act as the Employee Experience specialist to implement our engagement activities and initiatives to drive engagement and connectivity of our staff throughout the Group across the locations of Hong Kong, Chinese mainland and Macau. The role holder will also assist to implement our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) activities through different channels to promote Jebsen Group’s employer branding.  

Also, the position holder will assist in the development, implementation and monitoring of the Group’s talent management initiatives through collaboration with the Group Talent Management and Leadership Development Manager and various stakeholders.


Employee Experience:

  • Support the planning, execution and management of annual and ad hoc employee engagement programmes and activities
  • Assist in developing annual engagement calendar and new activities based on engagement strategy
  • Assist in improving our employer branding through various communications channels, including intranet and Jebsen’s career website
  • Assist in managing Employment Insight Survey project, ranging from planning, promotion, execution to post-survey result analysis and report generation.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including management and HR counterparts to keep track of the EIS action plan execution status.
  • Enhance Jebsen new joiners’ on-boarding experience through different initiatives

Talent Management:

  • Assist in planning and execution of various talent management activities such as talent assessment centres, talent development discussions and People Day etc.
  • Assist in the talent review and succession planning processes and implement initiatives to close the gaps.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders including management and HR counterparts to manage leadership, business and functional competency frameworks to support the talent management processes
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and new initiatives as assigned.


  • Degree holder with 4 years’ experience in human resources development or related disciplines.
  • Experience in developing and executing employee engagement activities; or event management. Prior experience in driving employment engagement activities in Chinese mainland will be an advantage
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, good project management & analytical skills with a strong interest in people development.
  • Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Team player with positive mindset and can-do spirit
