Purpose of the Job:

• Provide technical support of broadcasting, XR/VR, LED and system intergration to front line sales team, resellers and customers in the regions.
• Educate sales team with product information and sales pitch to facilitate sales teams or resellers in  broadcasting, XR/VR, LED and system intergration.
• Coordinate product information, such as specification, testing reports, sales brochures with Suppliers and internal sales & marketing colleagues.
• Collect customer insight, competitor & marketing intelligence for marketing plan preparation.
• Actively source innovative products and add-on to enhance our product profolio.

Responsibilities (List of Importance)

• To provide product training for both internal & external parties for empowering sales force.
• Follow up product information and communicate with supplier for continuous improvement & innovations.
• Actively involved in marketing activities and promote our products to public.
• Regularly visit to key customers to understand customer needs and collect feedback on products and needs.
• Assist in all trade events and road shows as assigned.
• Ad-hoc duties as requested.

Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, etc.)

• Bachelor Degree
• 2 years or above experience in related industry
• Good knowledge in cinematic & broadcasting products
• Fluent in writing and speaking English & Mandarin
• Independently, well-organized, responsible and good team player
