Purpose of the Job:

  • The incumbent needs to provide timely and effective full range of sales & marketing administrative support, handle daily correspondence and ad-hoc assignments timely & independently.       

Responsibilities (List of Importance)

  • Prepare payment documents including but not limited to A&P PO, debit/credit notes, transfer notes, misc in & out order form for internal stakeholders
  • Provide full spectrum of daily operation and administration support including but not limited to meeting arrangement/leave management/stationary and office supplies ordering/staff reimbursement claims & misc. etc
  • Handle monthly A&P settlement on time
  • Consolidate defective goods checking and logistics arrangement
  • Assist any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills, Knowledge, etc.)

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 3 years' relevant experience
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, with initiative and multi-tasking ability
  • Good problem-solving skill and with positive mindset
  • Proficiency in PC skills (Word/Excel & Chinese word processing)
  • Good command in both written & spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate available is an advantage
